Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains nursing service objectives and standards in line with licensure and Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluates staffing to meet resident needs with Director of Nursing.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receives, transcribes, and implements physician orders.
• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Directs and coordinates subordinates and tasks.
• Oversees staff performance and discipline as needed.
• Monitors infection control compliance and safety.
