Job summary

Paycom's partner facility, Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Springtown, TX, is seeking a registered nurse supervisor for a day shift. The role oversees nursing services, ensures compliance with policies, and coordinates with resident services to maintain each resident's care plan.

Requirements include an RN license, a nursing degree or RN program completion, at least three years in long-term care with supervisory experience, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• At least three (3) years of nursing experience in long-term care; two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers, including Internet, keyboard, and mouse navigation.
• RN License (Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing services operations for assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Services procedures and staff job descriptions.
• Report and document shift activities and recommendations.
• Coordinate with resident services to maintain total care regimen.
• Interpret department policies to staff, residents, visitors, and agencies.
• Maintain policy compliance and participate in background checks and OIG exclusions.
