Ivory Wellness Center in Springtown, PA is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor on day and rotating evening/night shifts. You will coordinate total resident care, supervise nursing units, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN registration.
• Experience in the nursing field.

Responsibilities

• Verifies daily staffing and redistribution as necessary.
• Collaborates with charge nurses to exchange information regarding resident care and conditions.
• Conducts rounds, morning and night, to assess resident conditions, focusing on critically ill residents.
• Ensures that the individual nursing care plan is followed for each resident.
• Performs medication passes and/or direct resident care as needed.
• Participates in resident care committee meetings and quality improvement efforts.
• Reinforces training and orientation of nursing personnel and provides feedback.
