Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license with Texas Board of Nursing eligibility or active license.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• Infusion experience preferred; strong clinical nursing skills required.
• Must meet degree requirements and enrollment agreements as described.

Responsibilities

• Performs evidence-based assessment and collects patient data.
• Develops and updates individualized care plans.
• Prioritizes interventions and coordinates with the care team.
• Educates patients and families about care and resources.
• Documents nursing data in a retrievable format.
