Job summary

Cura of Willmar is seeking an experienced RN or LPN for day shift to provide compassionate nursing care to residents and support the nursing team. The role emphasizes adherence to individualized care plans, accurate documentation, and timely communication with the interdisciplinary team. Current Minnesota RN or LPN license is required.

CPR certification or ability to obtain it is expected. Strong organization and time-management skills are essential, with prior skilled nursing or long-term care

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN or LPN license required or able to obtain
• Ability to administer medications and treatments per orders
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and notify providers of changes
• Complete nursing assessments and timely documentation
• Supervise and support CNAs and TMAs during shift
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Follow infection prevention and safety policies
• Participate in shift change reports
