Job summary

Companion Health Services LLC seeks a dedicated registered nurse to join our long-term care facility. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care with competitive pay and benefits. Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, or 6am-6pm with every other weekend, supporting a stable schedule for our residents and staff.

Qualifications

Valid LPN/RN license in Oklahoma state
CPR certification required
Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor resident health and vital signs, reporting changes to medical staff
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
Maintain accurate resident records and documentation
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families
Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
