Job summary

Valley View Health and Rehabilitation seeks a Day Shift RN to lead care on the floor, oversee clinical operations on the unit, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, person-centered care.

The Day Shift runs 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts, full-time. Active RN license required; competitive wages and comprehensive benefits offered, including BCBS, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, resident-first mindset.
• BLS/CPR required; ACLS a plus.
• New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and infection control standards.
