Job summary

Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation in Silverton, Ohio, is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Day Shift. You will lead and deliver high-quality clinical care, support LPNs and CNAs, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and dignified care throughout the day.

This 12-hour day shift involves overseeing assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, wound care, and documenting outcomes in the EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care to residents during the day shift, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, and wound care.
• Monitor resident conditions throughout the day, promptly recognize and respond to changes in status, and communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and facility policies, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the day shift, delegate tasks appropriately, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
• Promote a professional, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and staff, reflecting the mission and values of Fountain View and CCH Healthcare.
