Qualifications

• Oversee direct nursing care overnight, including assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and facility policies.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs on the night shift.
• Document care and interventions in the electronic medical record.
• Promote a calm, safe, and respectful environment at night.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care to residents on the night shift.
• Monitor resident conditions overnight and communicate changes to the team.
• Ensure accurate medication administration and procedures per physician orders.
• Support and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs on night shift.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in the EMR.
• Foster safety and dignity for residents, families, and staff.
