Job summary

Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 7:00 AM–7:00 PM position at our Silverton area facility. You will provide direct clinical care, administer medications, and support CNAs in delivering resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and assess resident condition, reporting changes and documenting care accurately
• Provide wound care, vital signs monitoring, and ongoing clinical support
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility standards
