The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), Florida RN license, and at least 2+ years of acute hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking appropriate to patient care level.
• Collects and documents patient health data accurately.
• Develops individualized, evidence-based care plans with interdisciplinary goals.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed with patient safety in mind.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff; maintains professional relationships.
• Ensures proper handoff communication and documentation across shifts.
