Lincoln Crawford Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the full-time day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM). The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting, coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license.
• Multi-state license accepted where applicable.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, treatments, wound care, and documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and appropriate healthcare team members.
• Supervise and support STNAs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatment goals.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with facility standards.
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and local regulations governing skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, quality of life, and positive healthcare outcomes.
