Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or valid multi-state RN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Nursing Assistants and LPNs.
• Complete clinical documentation per facility, state, and federal standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN)
