Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinates planning for nursing care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborates with team, directs and may delegate to achieve outcomes and discharge plans.
• Participates in program evaluation, process improvement and patient-centered outcomes.
• Ensures care aligns with service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supports professional growth and may serve as preceptor or mentor.
