Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our day shift team in Northport, AL. The role includes direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with CNAs and physicians to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
