Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for CDU night shift at Baptist Medical Center East. The RN will oversee nursing staff on shift and coordinate patient care during weekends and holidays, using the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions.

Collaboration with physicians and other clinicians is essential to ensure quality, continuous patient care; additional duties may be assigned as needed within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required
• BLS required
• ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area assigned

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, weekends and holidays to ensure quality patient care
• Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, care planning and interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in planning and delivering care
• Handle additional duties within scope of role as assigned
