Job summary

• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in patient care planning.
• Apply the nursing process for assessments, care planning, and interventions.
• Ensure quality and continuity of patient care on the unit.
