Job summary

Aspirus St. Luke's Clinic in Duluth, MN is seeking an RN Care Coordinator to join the Cardiology Associates team. The role supports TAVR, Watchman, PFO Closure, and High-Risk PCI care coordination, working under the Cardiology Clinic Manager in a day-shift capacity.

Requirements include Minnesota RN license and BLS; three years in cardiovascular care and experience in education/public speaking are preferred. This is a full-time position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota nursing license.
• BLS Certification with designation of either BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider from AHA/Red Cross/Military Training Network.
• Three (3) years experience in care of Cardiovascular patients (Emergency/Cardiovascular or ICU Cardiovascular).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate the TAVR, Watchman, PFO Closure, and High-Risk PCI care coordination for St. Luke's Hospital and Regional Cardiovascular Center.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate services and system elements for the Cardiology Clinic.
