Job summary

HonorHealth in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday in our Cancer Care-Tempe department. This position features up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a day shift in a respected nonprofit health system.

The RN provides patient assessment, medication administration, IV management, and education for patients and families, guided by ANA standards, with emphasis on safe, evidence-based care and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Arizona required upon hire.
• 1 year RN experience for float positions required.
• BLS certification required; stroke education may apply.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze health data to develop patient care plans.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy as ordered.
• Provide patient and family education on treatment and home care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain documentation of nursing assessments and interventions.
