Job summary

Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is hiring a Restorative Nursing Assistant for a Tue-Sat 6:00–14:00 shift to assist residents with ADLs and mobility, including ROM, positioning, feeding, and ambulation.

The role requires active state CNA/NAC licensure and an OBRA registry. The pay range is $22.00–$25.00 per hour, DOE, with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and education support.

Qualifications

• Must have active state CNA/NAC licensure.
• Must have active OBRA registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Contracture prevention/management.
• Perform Passive/Active ROM, AAROM as appropriate.
• Assist with splints/brace, positioning.
• Self-feeding with compensatory strategies and assisted feeding with cues.
• Ambulation, amputee care and prosthesis support.
