OhioGuidestone is seeking a Residential Specialist to support clients in a 24/7 substance use treatment setting. You will supervise activities, provide crisis intervention, log information for counselors, and ensure safety and basic needs are met with sensitivity and observation.

The role includes direct client supervision, group activities, and collaboration with the treatment team. A valid Ohio driver’s license is required and CDL training is provided if needed.
