Job summary

OU Health is seeking an RN I for the 3rd Floor Overflow unit on the day shift to deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. The RN will document patient responses to treatments, assist physicians with exams and procedures, administer medications and IV therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while pursuing professional certification and career growth within OU Health.

Education: ADN or BSN required; 0–3 years experience welcomed; BLS certification required; strong

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or BSN required.
• Experience: 0–3 years in patient care.
• License/Certification: Current RN license; BLS certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Document patient responses to interventions and changes in orders.
• Assist physicians in examinations and minor procedures.
• Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed.
• Delegate tasks to clinical support staff as needed.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
