Job summary

Intermountain Electronics, Inc. seeks a Receiving Clerk I for the Price, Utah facility. You will receive, unpack, and store incoming materials, verify shipments with Epicor and packing slips, and document discrepancies for reimbursement.

Dayshift responsibilities include accurate inventory and coordination with production. Responsibilities also cover tagging inbound materials, operating a forklift, and assisting with cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English for shipping documents.
• Strong math and counting abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Receives materials promptly and accurately.
• Verify quantity and description against packing slips and invoices.
• Operate forklift to move shipments to storage or trucks.
• Tag inbound materials and coordinate with buyers.
• Maintain traveler sign-off as materials are stored.
• Record inventory transactions for materials checked out.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory maintenance.
• Assist with coordination of receiving activities with production schedules.
