HB Specialty Foods is seeking a Quality Control Technician to operate multiple testing stations, record product data, and monitor food quality. You will enter data into the quality system and support production, sanitation and daily cleaning tasks.

The role requires high attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace to meet KPIs safely. Teamwork and clear communication are essential in this open, allergen-aware facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months prior experience in quality control or related field preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production CCPs and record data.
• Perform data entry accurately and timely.
• Ensure evaluation equipment is clean and functioning.
• Place non-conforming product on hold and escalate issues.
