Job summary

Christian Living Communities (CLC) – Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) in Colorado are seeking a full-time QMAP provider to meet daily resident care needs, supervise medications, and ensure accurate MAR documentation. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor safety, communicate with supervisors, and participate in monthly staff meetings.

A valid QMAP-A/L or Med Tech/Aide certification is required, plus HS diploma and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Medication certification required (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation).
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year elder care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal care needs and assist with ADLs.
• Supervise medications under licensed nurse supervision and review MAR.
• Administer prescribed medications to correct resident, dose, time, route.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report changes to supervisor.
• Restock medication carts and communicate supply needs.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
