Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Beaumont, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process and ensure products meet customer requirements, specifications, and industry standards. You will measure dimensions with precision tools, read blueprints, document results, and work with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to address defects.

Prior QC/inspection experience and ability to work in a heavy industrial setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in QC/inspection preferred.
• Experience with heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or similar industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections and verify products meet specs.
• Document inspection results and maintain records.
• Read blueprints and specs to identify variations.
• Support safety and maintain clean work area.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Identify quality trends and report to Quality Control Manager.
