Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections per drawings and specifications. You will assist with CAPA, identify nonconforming material, and work with engineering, operations, and supply chain to prevent issues.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100, and experience with ERP systems. Candidates should be able to document results and support continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Proficient with a range of inspection tools and measurement equipment.
• Basic understanding of quality systems and problem solving (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC).
• Strong attention to detail and defect identification.
• Familiar with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient with MS Office, databases, and ERP systems.
• Good written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections per drawings and specs.
• Assist in root cause investigations and CAPA actions.
• Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming material.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Record inspection results in logs or ERP systems.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to teams.
• Evaluate and process returned goods with documented findings.
• Support SPC data collection and trend analysis.
• Maintain calibration status of inspection equipment.
• Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement on shop floor.
