Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Production Department.
• Create work and production schedules aligned with company goals.
• Monitor quality and ensure products are processed efficiently.
• Manage 1st shift operations and support warehouse teams.
• Coordinate scheduling and routes with drivers.
• Ensure materials are stored properly and inventory is rotated.
• Meet with customers and collaborate with sales to discuss warehouse capabilities.
