Job summary

Gilmer Warehouse & Logistics in Cochran, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations. You will supervise Production Line Leads, coordinate with warehouse and demand planning, and ensure targets are met while developing employees for long-term success.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership in manufacturing or logistics, strong Lean problem-solving, proficiency with Excel, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or related ops.
• Experience supervising production teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Lean methodologies experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Experience using production data and metrics.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with safety programs and GMPs preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations/Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience with Nulogy PackManager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Production Line Leads and production employees.
• Oversee daily production schedules, staffing, workflow, and execution.
• Coordinate with warehouse ops and demand planners to meet goals.
• Troubleshoot floor issues and remove productivity obstacles.
• Monitor production performance and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, GMPs, and quality standards.
• Conduct coaching, performance discussions, and accountability.
• Partner across departments to support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Foster a safe, team-oriented culture focused on quality.
