The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years in production. You will mentor staff, drive performance, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3+ years in production/leadership.
• Experience supervising teams in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to promote safety and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities for Steel Prep, Machining and Load Build.
• Maintain schedules, review work orders and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; coordinate cross-department activities.
