Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe safety protocols and wear PPE; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Participate in BBS and near-miss reporting.
• Support a team-oriented environment while meeting productivity standards.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot quality or productivity issues related to team or machinery.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and engineers.
• Maintain attention to detail and multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Suggest process or procedure improvements and assist with housekeeping duties.
• Coordinate with lab personnel and supervisors to implement improvements; perform 5S.
