Job Description

• Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00+ DOE + $0.50/hr wage increase eligible after 90 days
• Paid Breaks & Lunch
• 12-hour shifts. 6 am-6 pm.
• Every other weekend off.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate various production equipment, monitoring overall performance, efficiency, and quality.
• Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
• Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
• Maintain production, efficiency, and quality records. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Entry level position. No experience required.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Manufacturing environment. Regular standing, kneeling, bending, walking, and stooping.
• Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts.
