Hexcel is a leader in advanced composite materials, including carbon fiber, woven reinforcements, resins, prepregs, honeycombs, and additive manufactured parts. We are seeking a Production Operator/Process Associate at our Salt Lake City, UT location.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Promoting safety culture and using personal protective equipment
  2. Manufacturing carbon fiber, resins, and pre-preg materials for aerospace, space, defense, and industrial applications
  3. Reading and documenting operating parameters according to production specifications
  4. Operating and monitoring production machines to ensure quality standards
  5. Detecting, reporting, and correcting defective materials to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility
  7. Working rotating 8 to 12-hour shifts with the possibility of 7 consecutive days off per month
  8. Responding quickly to challenges on the production line
  9. Working effectively in a team environment

Qualifications include:

  1. High school diploma or GED
