Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a hands‑on Production Supervisor for the Day Shift in the Bluffton, Ohio area. You will lead a growing team of up to 15 on a Monday–Friday schedule, reporting to the General Manager, with direct exposure to owners and senior leadership.

You will schedule production, train staff, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, ERP data accuracy, and close collaboration with sales and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of production supervision experience.
• Experience overseeing manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Experience supervising at least 10 people.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily production and monitor shop floor projects.
• Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate hourly workforce.
• Ensure safety, quality, and delivery goals are met.
• Maintain inventory on-site and support project readiness.
• Collaborate with sales on quoting new business and customer updates.
• Record shift paperwork and production numbers; update ERP.
• Drive continuous improvement and scrap reduction initiatives.
