Job summary

Privately Held Company in Bluffton, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for the day shift. You will lead a team of up to 15, coordinate production, scheduling, and customer-facing outcomes, and report to the General Manager.

You will work Monday–Friday with minimal weekend duties, partner with owners on daily decisions, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience supervising 10+ people in manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience supervising in a production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and forklift ability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily production and monitor shop floor projects.
• Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate hourly workforce.
• Ensure shift safety, quality and delivery goals are met.
• Maintain inventory on-site and monitor work in process.
