West Pak Avocado, Inc. seeks a Production Facility Manager for our Swedesboro, NJ facility. This full-time role reports to the Regional Plant Manager and oversees Production, Shipping & Receiving, Bagging, and Ripening, ensuring smooth operations and leadership continuity.

The role requires coordinating with HR for staffing, monitoring costs, and maintaining quality while driving continuous improvement and compliance with safety standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory leadership role at a production, packing, or distribution facility.
• Fresh produce, perishables, or food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support facility operations in the absence of the Plant Manager.
• Hire, train, and deploy warehouse personnel.
• Monitor operations costs and develop cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate plant activities with supervisors to meet schedules.
• Ensure packaging objectives are met and maintain product quality.
