Job summary

The Orthopedic Surgery Center in Camp Hill, PA is seeking an experienced Pre-Op / PACU RN to coordinate and provide care for adult and pediatric patients under established standards and procedures.

The role requires PA RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS, at least two years in surgical settings, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in surgical suite, pre/post care preferred.
• Active PA RN license; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required.
• Ability to work independently and within a team; strong communication.
• Capacity to manage stress and provide patient education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission and pre-operative care per protocols.
• Coordinate pre-operative labs and document results.
• Provide post-operative care and discharge planning.
• Ensure safe discharge with comprehensive education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
