MME Group Inc. is seeking a reliable Machine Operator I to join our manufacturing team in Minnesota. You will operate molding machines, trim parts, perform basic quality checks, and assist with simple assembly tasks while learning valuable skills in a fast-paced setting.

The role runs from 6:45am to 3:15pm with pay between $17.25/hr and $18.00/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and gym reimbursement as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend production instructions and safety materials.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations in various units.

Responsibilities

• Produce products per work instructions and customer specifications.
• Operate molding machines and trim/finish parts.
• Perform basic quality checks and report defects.
• Package products according to the packing plan and labels.
• Complete production documentation and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
