Job summary

Darigold, Inc. in Boise, Idaho seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain plant equipment, perform repairs, and support the Operations Division. The role involves a Thursday–Saturday schedule with every other Wednesday night shift from 6:00pm to 6:30am, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

You will diagnose, repair and calibrate machines, read schematics, and ensure safe, efficient production. Responsibilities include reducing downtime through proactive maintenance, fabricating parts, and supporting

Qualifications

Proven troubleshooting skills with PLCs, electrical controls, and instrumentation.
Experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
Troubleshoot malfunctions and reduce downtime by informing production staff of maintenance needs.
Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools and equipment.
Calibrate and service process instrumentation and controls.
Read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and 24V/110V/220V/480V systems.
Understand and optimize process flow across equipment and systems.
