Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or fabrication skills are a plus.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgradation of manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Respond promptly to urgent mechanical needs to minimize downtime.
• Identify and repair electrical and mechanical issues, including PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Rebuild, design, weld, and fabricate parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and inventory levels for parts and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and collaborate with technical staff to improve machine reliability.
