Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a qualified heavy equipment operator to load haul trucks with raw materials at our Texas site. You will follow safety protocols, perform basic maintenance, and communicate with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate pit loader safely and efficiently to load haul trucks with raw materials
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies or hazards
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
