Aerotek is seeking an Assembler for a Stafford, TX location. The role involves reading blueprints, assembling pipe joining systems, fittings, and valves, and working with various hand and power tools in a safety-focused production setting.

You will follow detailed engineering drawings, cut and groove pipe, form gaskets, and inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet all specifications. This contract-to-hire position offers full-time hours and opportunities for skills growth.

Formación

• Read and interpret blueprints and job specs to assemble pipe, connectors, fittings, valves accurately.
• Assemble equipment and valve assemblies by following detailed drawings and instructions.
• Cut and groove pipe per specifications to ensure proper fit and function.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble pipe joining systems, fittings, and valves per drawings.
• Use hand and power tools to perform mechanical assembly safely.
• Operate pipe grooving and cutting machines following SOPs.
• Log production data and update job progress in the system.
• Inspect assembled components and make adjustments to meet specs.
