Job summary

TLD, a leading global manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment, seeks a Mechanical Assembler to assemble preformed sheet metal parts and pressure test valves and components.

The ideal candidate will read and interpret assembly drawings, use drills, wrenches, and related tools, and maintain a clean, safe work area. A high school diploma and 1 year of related experience are preferred. Shift options available: 1st and 2nd.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembling preformed sheet metal parts and using mechanical equipment.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble preformed sheet metal parts and components.
• Interpret assembly and sub-assembly drawings and sketches.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
• Log daily work in production travelers.
