Job summary
VytlOne is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician for The Pharmacy at Thibodaux Regional. This on-site role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30am–6:00pm, with no weekend shifts, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to advance in a Fortune-500–backed healthcare environment.
Candidates must hold an active Louisiana Pharmacy Technician license and have 2+ years of experience. CPhT is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential to delivering outstanding
Qualifications
- Active Louisiana Pharmacy Technician license
- Two or more years of pharmacy tech experience
- Strong customer service, professionalism, and teamwork
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Computer experience mandatory; proficient with pharmacy software
Responsibilities
- Adjudicate claims and fill prescriptions efficiently
- Accept written prescriptions or refill requests from patients and evaluate information for completeness and accuracy
- Record medical histories with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Deliver quality customer service to patients and respond to inquiries
- Select and count medications, label, and place completed prescription for pharmacist verification
- Participate in inventory audits and purchasing of medications and pharmacy supplies
