Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• CNA/EMT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a licensed caregiver.
• Assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, intake/output, ambulation.
• Observe and report changes to licensed caregiver and document care.
• Address questions from patients, families, caregivers and health care team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
