• Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet repair environments preferred.
• Parts department or inventory management experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate and provide the correct parts needed for repairs.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient parts department.
• Process warranty parts and related documentation.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability.
• Help with trailer pick-up and delivery as needed.
• Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces organized and safe.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure repairs stay on schedule.
