Job summary

Fleet Repair Solutions LLC, a leader in fleet maintenance, is hiring a Night Shift Parts Assistant in Grantville, PA, to support technicians and keep the parts department running smoothly.

Schedule: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life and disability coverage, paid holidays, PTO, and training opportunities. CDL preferred but not required; CDL not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet repair environments preferred.
• Parts department or inventory management experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support technicians by locating and providing the correct parts needed for repairs
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient parts department
• Process warranty parts and related documentation
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability
• Help with trailer pick-up and delivery as needed
• Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces organized and safe
• Work closely with the service team to ensure repairs stay on schedule

Your Role

As a Night Shift Parts Assistant, You Will

What You Bring to the Team
