Job summary

Rummel Construction, Inc. in Tucson, AZ seeks a Day Shift Construction Parts Runner.

You will drive to jobsites in the Tucson/Nogales area and beyond to deliver small parts, supplies, and materials, maintaining clear communication with the dispatcher and supporting maintenance and purchasing operations. The role requires knowledge of automotive parts, a clean driving record, ability to lift and unload items, and the capacity to pass DOT medical clearance.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts.
• Must have an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to navigate the geographic area.
• Ability to lift, load and unload parts and materials.
• Must pass DOT Medical Clearance and drug screen for CMV.
• Proficiency with smartphone apps and technology.
• Shift runs 9am–6pm, Monday through Friday; overtime possible.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle to travel to jobsites to deliver parts and supplies.
• Maintain constant dispatcher communication regarding destination and status.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
