Job summary

Fleet Repair Solutions LLC in Grantville, PA is seeking a Day Shift Parts Assistant to support technicians by locating and providing the correct parts for repairs, receiving and organizing inventory, and processing warranty parts.

The role runs from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime and weekly pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life and disability coverage, paid holidays, PTO, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet repair environments preferred.
• Parts department or inventory management experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and hazard recognition.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move parts as needed.
• Comfortable working independently during your shift.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support technicians by locating and providing the correct parts needed for repairs.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient parts department.
• Process warranty parts and related documentation.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability.
• Help with trailer pick-up and delivery as needed.
• Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces organized and safe.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure repairs stay on schedule.

Your Role
