The RN Clinical Nurse at Wellstar Health System in Georgia provides proactive, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. You will perform the nursing process with evidence-based practice to ensure safe, quality care that respects patient and family needs in a busy clinical setting.

Under Nurse Managers, you will follow the WellStar Professional Practice Model, engage in shared governance, and pursue ongoing professional development to improve outcomes and support service excellence

Qualifications

• Associates or diploma in nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active RN license in Georgia with current certifications (ACLS/BLS/PALS) required.
• Minimum 5 years of patient care experience as RN.

Responsabilités

• Perform the nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate) and coordinate care.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
• Document care accurately and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Support governance initiatives and adhere to policy and ethics standards.
